If you’re running a small business or charity in England or Wales with up to 50 employees, and you don’t have a full blown HR team on hand, HR Sorted’s designed for you. It’s ideal if you want straightforward HR documents, practical guidance and the reassurance that you’re on the right track with your people management.

When you join HR Sorted, you’ll get instant access to our core membership portal. This includes ready-to-use templates, simple how-to video guides and a programme of quarterly webinars. If you choose the Plus or Pro options, you’ll benefit from a host of added-value extras. You can also bolt on other things like HR software and additional HR advice if you need a little more hands-on support. Membership runs for 12 months minimum and you pay monthly. We’ll also keep you updated on employment law changes so you’re always one step ahead.

Absolutely. We’ve designed HR Sorted to keep you up to date, in a simple and affordable way. Our templates and guidance are updated in line with the latest employment law changes, including any new requirements we see come into force from the Employment Rights Act 2025. You’ll have the tools you need to stay compliant without having to wade through complicated legal jargon. For any trickier or high-risk issues, we’ll let you know when it’s best to get tailored advice.

As long as you employ people and want to get your HR sorted (without hiring a full-time HR specialist), we’re here for you. If your organisation’s highly regulated (like in health, education or financial services), you might need some additional support – and we can point you in the right direction if that’s the case.

If you find you need extra help (like more regular advice on tricky issues, support with more complex HR problems or strategic projects) you can easily upgrade or bolt-on additional services at any stage. We’ll guide you through your options so you get the right level of support without paying for things you don’t need.
