2. You can buy a bank of hours to use within a 3-month period
3. You can sign up to one of our monthly HR subscriptions.
Each option gives you peace of mind that you'll have access to expert HR advice and support for a fraction of the cost of employing your own in-house HR Manager. You won't be treated like a number, it's not one size fits all and you'll know exactly who you're receiving your advice from, each and every time.
Like with our HR documentation packages, what you see is what you get when it comes to these 3 options. From the outset, you'll know how much you'll be paying, how often and for what.

PAY AS YOU GO
(PAYG)
From £98 per hour
+ VAT
Access to expert HR advice and support via telephone and e-mail when you need it
Fully flexible, with no subscription term
Minimum purchase of 1 hour each time. Anything over 1 hour is then charged at 30 minute intervals
Ideal if you need ad-hoc support every now and then, amounting to 3 hours or less
BANK OF HOURS
From £83 per hour
+ VAT
Options to pre-purchase a bank of 5, 10 or 15 hours, for use within a 3-month period
Access to expert HR advice and support via telephone and e-mail when you need it
You'll lock in a discounted hourly rate compared to the PAYG option
Ideal for supporting you with specific HR issues like a sickness absence or disciplinary, or if you're going to need a higher level of support for a time-limited period
MONTHLY HR SUBSCRIPTION
From £356 per month + VAT
For a fixed monthly fee, you'll enjoy access to a dedicated, experienced HR professional
Expert HR advice and support provided via telephone, e-mail and in-person when you need it
The major difference here is you'll also benefit from proactive, strategic HR advice and support - not just reactive
Initial HR MOT for new clients, so we can better target our proactive, expert support to your unique requirements
Quarterly check-in meetings
You'll lock in the most generous discount compared to the PAYG option
Subscriptions are tailored to meet your specific needs and are based on a minimum of 0.5 day's support per month
