Investigation services
Are you short of in-house capacity to promptly investigate an HR issue or customer complaint? Is there a conflict of interest meaning you can't do the investigation yourself? Do regulations require you to source an external investigating officer?
We're experienced and trained in conducting independent and unbiased workplace investigations into a range of issues, including complex cases and those involving safeguarding allegations. With a strong education HR background, our specialist area is investigating allegations made against school staff.
We'll always investigate in line with your organisation's policies and Acas Codes of Practice, and you'll receive a quality, clearly presented report at the end of our investigation which will assist you with making a timely decision about the next steps.
